Two Head Coin?

I found one quarter coin (from somewhere I don't know but it is part of my change in my pocket) with two heads. Seems it is like the new quarter coin heads.

I can't find any imperfections (I am not a coin expert) nor any joins ... It seems a perfect quarter just like any other.

How do I know if it is genuine one or a trick quarter?

How do I know its value if it is genuine one.

One more note: The both heads are facing the same direction. Not flipped like regular quarters.
