Subs are MTX 10" 5500 Series

Each have peak 600 Watts (RMS 300 Watts)

4 Ohms

Amp is Phoenix Gold Ryval 1600 Watt Monoblock

1600 watt mono block high powered amplifier

1600 watts x 1 peak output

800 x 1 RMS @ 2 ohms

Please let me know if you think this amp would be a good buy for these subs.. if not what is your recommendation?

Thanks

  1. the amp will push the subs to their full potential just fine, like the other guy i don't like the phoenix brand, you are better of with a kicker, JBL, or mtx amp.  i personally like the amp to match the subs in brand. you Shoold be fine without a capacitor, you sould power them with the plain amp with no problems

    try this amp instead
