Two Minor in possession laws in oregon!?

Question

what happens when you get two MIPs in oregon? do you get kicked out of the school you're in and what kind of fines do you get? Also is it realistic to get a job when you have that on yoru record?

and all these questions apply to a 16 year old that got caught without a vehecle. any answers would be great help!
