Two Questions: Hamstring and Not getting tired?

Okay, I have been at football practice for like a week and a half now, and before we even started doing the running on the first day (right after stretches) i noticed a very bad pain in both of my upper hamstrings. I am not sure if like right under your butt is still your hamstring, but anyways it has been hurting badly for like 3 days now. i do hamstring stretches and the i can feel the area that it is targeting and that is not the area that hurts, but if i like put my foot on the leg of one of my sofas, it hurts if i try to move my chest to my foot. any ideas? and another question. i was wondering if i could take any pain medications or anything to help me not fatigue during practices cuz there from like 7 am to 7pm (not all practicing). Thanks

  1. football practices are tough, especially h**l week(s).

    you could try wrapping your hamstring... just go around the area that hurts...

    about the fatigue. you just have to build your endurance. also when you work out the endorphins make you feel less tired and more happy. =)
