Two Questions! One: what natural ways are there to help me sleep?...?

1. what can i do to help me go to sleep? I'm going to bed at 9:00...liek last night, but just couldn't sleep!! i remember looking at the clock at 11:00...i was restless.

2. give me ONE or two : ) Powerful words in teh english language and why. for example, "hate"...b/c its powerful by having a control over a persons emotions.

  1. take melatonin, its all natural and helps with sleeping.... i am so stressed and cant sleep, it is a lifesaver  


  2. are you having trouble sleeping because you just went back to school and you stayed up late all summer. It will take you brain and your "inner clock" a couple of weeks to get back into your school routine. Take a hot bath to relax before you go to bed. make sure you get exercise during the day, but not too close to bed time. Listen to some soothing music. Eventually it will all turn around for you.

    I am wondering what you mean by restless?

    Could you have Restless Legs syndrome? Do you feel like you have to move your legs. I mean you have no choice but to move your legs because there is a gnawing, electric feeling inside your legs.

    If not forget about that, but don't forget to have the same routine every night. No caffeine and no sugary things a few hrs before bed.

  3. I like to make myself a cup of Chamomile tea, it's SO relaxing and it will make me sleepy.  I don't know that it's as strong as your looking for, but it works for me.  Of course reading can help, but nothing too interesting!  lol!  Personally I think it's annoying, reading to get to sleep.
