  1. I don't like them sorry.  There are a lot of other names in the bible that are nicer. ***Cain isn't too bad.

  2. Cain is a boys name - you've said that yourself as you've picked it as a first name for a boy, so why call your daughter that?

    Pariah is nice.

  3. Why would you want to name your poor children after a murderer or an outcast.

    That's just mean.

  4. If you want names with meaning why would you want that to be the meaning? That is what you want your kids to live up to?

  5. Dont like them.

  6. I know who their first victim is!

  7. Lame. Don't do that to your kids.

You should wait until you're done with junior high before you have kids.

If you want to name your daughter after a rebel in the Bible, go with Jezebel or Delilah.

  8. Not even the fact that you seem to be a drug addict is an excuse for these horrid names.

I'm an atheist, and not even I can comprehend how someone who refers to themselves as Christian would name their child after such negative things.

Pariah is not just a biblical word for outcast, it's become a general term for it. It's basically like you ARE naming her Outcast.

Cain.....why not Abel? And he was not the first murderer in history. Maybe in the Bible, but not in ACTUAL history. Get a clue, please.

Might as well name him Manson, Bundy, Gacy or Son of Sam.

  9. I like Cain Conrad, but I'd love it if it was Conrad Cain. Although, I don't understand why you'd want to name your son after the first murderer in history.

I'm not really a fan of the girl's name, but if you like it - go ahead.

  10. If I was going to pick names that had special meanings..I am not sure if I would have picked the meanings to be a murderer and a social outcast..? Your choice though.

  11. I'm not sure why you would want to name your child after a murderer and an outcast. You should probably choose something with a meaning that allows for a more promising future!

  12. All names have meaning. Except Jaden, that one really is bad.

Behindthename.com can tell you meanings of names.

Anyay, I like Cain Conrad Duncan.

But I hate the girl-with-a-boys-name trend. Cain is just no good for a girl.

  13. That's gorgeous! They'll be popular little b******s, won't they?

  14. Why not name the Cain and Able then? why not Samson and Dalilah, or Adam and Eve, or Moses and Rebeccah, (or Sarah), Joseph and Mary, or John and Shebah. . .Ricky and Lucy (ok, I HAD to thro that one in)!

  15. Yep, great d**n your kids because you're "kreativ". There are thousands of wonderful Biblical names that are unique and rarely used but lack these horrible meanings.

Pariah is a commonly used term these days. Social pariahs are hated members of the community. So if you hate your kids why have any?

Edit: BTW if you're trying to be another Slappy you're doing a horrible job as you bring religion into it.

  16. i have a question why would you want your kid to be named after a murderer you make it seem like murder is an ok thing! how are you going to tell him when he asks how you got his name that he was named after a murderer without making it seem alright.

  17. I see bright futures for these 2!

  18. No matter what name you choose, regardless of the meaning, your child will be the determining factor in how people relate to him/her.  If your child is a self assured and happy child, people will learn to love the name, regardless of how they may feel when you announce it to the world.  The name you choose is the one thing that you can do for your child so, whether others like it or not, you should choose whatever name makes you happy.  I happen to like the name Cain; just because the original was a murderer has no bearing on your baby.  Pariah in Biblical times may have meant "outcast" but, for your daughter, it might mean "outstanding"!  It is different and will be noticed.  Good luck with your precious baby!

  19. i think thos are both great names!! i love unique names and names with meaning... so congrats!!

    and i love them!!

  20. They aren't beautiful to start off with, Pariah will be a social outcast and Cain will be a murderer.

Okay maybe not,but honestly don't name your children this. Yes those names may have meanings but they are terrible ones at that.

  21. Never heard the term Pariah but I would never name my child that even if I didn't know what it meant. Cain is not feminine so why would you give a girl that name?

Since both of those names have extremely negative meanings, that says alot about you as a parent: that you outright hate your kid and you don't care what he/she might think when they do find out what the names mean. You can call yourself a Christian all you want but no true Christian would ever do anything like that.

  22. Why would you name them after murderers and outcasts?

    Baby name opinions? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  23. That's wonderful..give the kid a name he can be proud of  and live up to. A murderer and an outcast..how nice!

  24. I really hope you're joking. A murderer and an Outcast. Plus with your name I don't think you're being very "christianly". Those are terrible names.
