According to L’Equipe, two big European clubs have resumed discussion with the entourage of LOSC Lille midfielder http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eden-Hazard-c11863 for a move this January. Reports claim that one of those clubs is English Premier League giants Chelsea FC
“Yes, we received a lot of very interesting proposals, but the clubs want the player joining immediately and on this one, we have very clear ideas. Hazard will remain at least until the end of the season. Sure, he will not go,” were the words of LOSC Lille
director Jean-Michel Vandamme.
Though the Lille supremo is keen to hold on to the mercurial midfielder, it seems only a matter of time that the Belgian joins a bigger European club. One can also argue that Lille face the risk of losing their talisman as early as this January.
L’Equipe now claims that two European clubs have now started speeding things up in order to win the race for the signature of the midfielder. Reports claim that one of those clubs is English Premier League side Chelsea FC.
It has been claimed that the Blues have already made a 30 million Euros bid for the midfielder which is certainly more than what other interested clubs have so far offered for Hazard. The likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan, Bayern Munich and Manchester City have not even
crossed 30 million Euros.
However, even 30 million Euros might not be enough as Les Dogues want nothing less than 40 million Euros for the services of the midfielder.
Currently, many clubs have knocked Lille’s doors with a proposal of initially buying the player on loan – an idea that has not been met with much excitement from the leaders of the club from Northern http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
However, if a club is able to meet Lille’s valuation for the player, Les Dogues might be tempted into letting go of the Belgian protégée.
Since guiding Lille to their first Ligue 1 Championelle in over five decades, Eden Hazard has been constantly linked with a move away from Villeneuve d’Ascq. A player of great talent and ability, Hazard has been attracting interest from the likes of Bayern
Munich, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 and Manchester City and a transfer that seemed improbable a few weeks back, may well become a reality by the end of the January transfer window.
