  1. In the control panel open mouse for its settings. Then open inet options and enter content. Open auto complete and disable address complete and hit save. In toolbar click the green button and hit clear recent searches.

  2. Deleting cookies will likely have no effect on the Yahoo! Toolbar search box. And if you wanted to delete search terms from appearing on web page search boxes, you would need to delete Form Data instead: Internet Options >> Delete Browsing History >> Delete Forms.

But that's not what you asked. Yes, I actually read your question!

Just start typing something in the Yahoo! Toolbar. When the dropdown menu appears, click on "Clear Recent Searches." If you don't want the toolbar to remember your searches, uncheck "Remember Recent Searches" that also appears in the dropdown menu.

Sorry, I can't help you with your scrolling problem.

  3. to delete searches:

tools>internet options> delete temporary internet files,

as for the laptop, my friend, it's probably broken, if waranteed see the manufacterer, or store you bought it from.

  4. From the top, go to Tools > Internet Options and Delete Cookies and Files.
