  1. Unless you are Santa Clause... They should send a money order FIRST.

  2. Here is a process that will protect you and make it very easy.  Tell any of the international customers that they have to set up a US address with Bongo International in order to do business with you.  They can set up their own US address with Bongo for only $5.00.  Bongo will put each customer through a detailed fraud and background check to ensure they are not fraudulent.

Once the customer has this address, you can ship the items to their Bongo address.  Bongo will consolidate your goods with any other items the customer has purchased in the US.  This will save them up to 82% off DHL's international rates.

It is a win win.  Customer pays a lower price and you are protected.  Bongo's service is free for US based online retailers.

  3. Why not,by the DHL,UPS or other shipping can shipping them out and let them pay the shipping.

    I am a wholesaler too.our website is www.fjnike.com

  4. As long as you get paid first.

  5. Depends upon your comfort level.  I have shipped books overseas before, with no problems.  A book typically does not have a high dollar value, so people are less likely to try to scam you on it.  I would not ship a computer overseas.

USPS will insure packages to some countries against loss.  Their policy is stated on their website at www.usps.com.  However, if they are unwilling to provide insurance against loss, or proof of delivery, you need to decide if the risk is worth it.

You would have to fill out a customs form, but if you go to the USPS counter, they can help you with that.  It is not difficult.

You can check online what the cost of shipping to various countries is at usps.com.  It is guaranteed to be higher than domestic shipping costs.  If it ends up being $20 to ship a $2 book to Greece, that person might not be interested, anyhow.  It is ok to quote a higher shipping rate to out-of-country bidders.

It is also ok to say 'no' to out-of-country bidders, regardless of what you are selling.  Like I said - it all has to do with your comfort level.
