Two differnt phone numbers and one line?

Question

my phone and some other phone number is having problems.

this other phone number (totally different phone number EXCEPT area code) is on the same phone line as mine. our phone numbers are differnt. what's going on and why is she getting my calls, i'm not sure if i'm getting her calls. i have SBC/Yahoo DSL too. What's going on?
