Two files that I added seem to be posting themselves to the group once a month. Why and how do I stop it?

  1. go to your files, locate that file- click edit on the right column along side which goes to it- and you can uncheck when it's going out- click save changes


  2. You or another moderator must've checked the box to send it to the Group once per month.  To undo this, you need to be an owner or moderator of the Group.  Click on Files on the left-hand side of your Group's web page.  Locate one of the files that's automatically posting to the Group once per month.  Towards the right-hand side of that file's line, click Edit.  Then, under Auto-Send To Members, uncheck the box for every month.  Then click Save Changes towards the lowerr-right-hand corner.  Repeat this process for the other file that's automatically posting once per month.
