You can, but I think you should really put the guppies in a 5 gallon tank. They are pretty active fish and need a larger tank.

I would suggest getting a 5 gallon tank for 2 guppies...ghost shrimp dont add to the bioload..but 2 gallon is really cramped for 4 creatures...I would not suggest you do that..hope u have a filter and a heater...

That will be fine but, don't add anymore than that. Just make sure you don't have a female guppy. You will have more babies than you know what to do with. They have babies monthly. Anywhere from 5-60, sometimes more.

Yes. Ghost shrimp do not take up much room and would make a great tank mate for the guppies.
