  1. Myspace should remove her site.

I think that the girl should have been interviewed by the police followed up by a visit from social services to her home.

  2. no way does she look 13 and her parents should take control over her and shut down in fact take away the comp - I feel for the men in this situation - she needs to be locked away herself she knew what she was about

  3. i think the girl should be punished not the men

because they wouldn't of done it if they knew her real age

    its not there fault

  4. And how old were the 'guys'?   They were probaly way older than 18!

  5. If one misrepresents themselves then I don't think it's right that anyone else should be held accountable...

We expect these men to respect what a woman says...that 'No means no' in rape cases....so why should we now expect these men not to take what she says seriously in this case?

  6. if you type some of the story on google sometimes the story came up or related stories to that .... i hate girls that do that but i think parents shouldnt allowed them to go online without supervision!

  7. That is what I call a travesty of the justice system.  The little harlot lied, pure and simple, and two innocent men are in jail because of her, according to her father, "poor judgment."  Um, excuse me...Poor judgment is letting a salesman into your house, giving personal information to a telemarketer or forgetting to remind the check out person in the grocery store that there's a large bag of pet food at the bottom of your cart.  What she's doing is called "deviant."

If anyone should be locked up, it's this girl's parents.  For not controlling their 13-year-old daughter.  Maybe times have changed a lot in the past 8 years.  Or maybe I just got lucky, because when I was a teen (and even living with my parents in my early 20s) I was not allowed outside after dark unless I was with a trusted friend/family member or contacted my parents every half hour.  If I even did half of this girl's shenanigans, my parents would have contacted MySpace (if we'd had it back then) and had them take down my page, disconnected the computer, put bars on all the windows and escorted me to and from school every day.  But then again, my parents are responsible, unlike this girl's parents.

It's interesting that she has misrepresented herself on MySpace.  There was another individual that did this, a lady by the name of Lori Drew, and her shenanigans got a 13-year-old girl killed.  Lori Drew is now being brought up on federal charges for misusing MySpace.  If she is found guilty, then such fraud will apply to everyone, including Lil' Miss Jailbait here.
