  1. Generally speaking, resumes should be one-page only.  That's just a general rule of thumb.

If you are applying for a specific job, be sure to highlight more your previous job experience that qualifies you for the job in which you are applying and spend less time on the in-between jobs that you've had just as filler.

For instance, for the last job in which I applied (Project Coordinator) - I used my previous job experience from my last employer (spanning 2002-present) and the two jobs I had in college.  My previous experience included HR Administrator, Recruiter Assistant, and Administrative Assistant (at my last place of employment - 2002-2006) and then I was a Student Assistant and an Administrative Assistant (two part time jobs I held simutaneously in college).

While I was in highschool and the first part of my college experience - I had three jobs - 2 restaurant and 1 retail that I did not include, because they weren't relevant to the job I was applying to.

Be sure to include a great cover letter with your resume highlighting your strengths and how they apply to the job you are applying for!

    Good luck!

  2. 10 years is the maximum. They vary in range from 5 to 10 so you are safe. Make sure you account for any gaps in time.
