Two rivers swiftly flowing in opposite directions

Question

I have dreams about rivers quite often, generally two seperate rivers doing the opposite. One dream involved a big valley with two winding rivers flowing the same direction. One river was moving fast and the other very slow. My most recent dream was outside my house. It was raining heavily and the water in the street was swiftly flowing from left to right. The water collecting in the drainage ditch next to the street was flowing from right to left. Both times I felt very calm watching the rivers. Any ideas on what they might mean?
