Two former high school sisters have proved their worth in the golf world recently by recording incredible successes this fall.
Sisters Vanessa and Michelle Kleckner are being regarded as best players on collegiate level.
Working hard and progressing in the sport is one trait. However, their golf journey from high school to college has been fraught with plenty of challenges.
Both sisters have had their own expertise, with several putting and swing skills. Since golf is played properly at school level, there was intense pressure from their rivals.
Despite competitors trying to overshadow their advances, Vanessa and Michelle did what most of the players could only dream of.
Michelle has been exceptionally good, as she won a number of prestigious titles at school level.
Playing as a sophomore at Valparaiso University, Indiana, Michelle was not complacent with what she was doing on the course.
Although, she managed to grab fans’ attention, owing to her incredible style, she recorded her best triumph at the Tennessee State Fall Classic.
Tennessee State Fall Classic was played at Indiana. The event featured leading players, but Michelle displayed her stunning form, beating her nearest rivals by a solid margin.
Although, the event at Indiana seemed to prove a little tougher at one stage, she held her nerve and ended up carding a decent score of 152.
The best part at Indiana was that she managed to beat the record of Valparaiso.
Michelle’s sister, Vanessa, has been just as good, following the former in terms of popularity and resilience.
Vanessa did not come into prominence until 2011. She had been playing at the school level before, putting her skills to the test at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn.
Vanessa’s putting style has been appreciated by her competitors, as she was among the best players to make calculated strokes.
Vanessa’s star rose to fame when she performed her best game at Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Individual Championship in the 2011 season.
He successfully won the event, gaining attention of both fans and observers. She kicked off the match in an impressive style, making sure she was present on the course for a victory. She carded an overall 229 at Bunker Hills Golf Course.
