The little smart cars are really tiny, two can easily fit in one parking spot.

  1. Of course--it is one vehicle to a spot

  2. PROBABLY, SINCE THE PARKING SPACES ARE DESIGNED FOR ONE CAR ONLY! ALSO, DEPENDS ON IF THE METER PERSON HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR OR NOT!

  3. I would have to say yes, you will be ticketed to this.

  4. Yes, the smart closest to the meter will not be ticketed.

One parking meter = one car.

  5. Parking police will ticket whomever they please.

This behavior is probably illegal, but tickets aren't usually written for amusing events such as this. Parking police can smile at times.

The bottom line: smart cars are so rare that I doubt this will ever be a real issue.

  6. One or both will be ticketed for parking in one spot. You can only park one vehicle legally in a metered spot. You can not even park two motorcycles in the same spot without them being ticketed!

  7. They'll get done for illegally parking !!!!
