  1. cardamom and cumin

  2. Fresh basil and salt

  3. Sea Salt

Garlic ( I know if you want to get technical)

    Dried granules

  4. chili powder & cumin -  but I use Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning on just about everything .......For herbs, I like fresh cilantro, oregano, rosemary & basil; and dried dillweed

  5. That is wide. It depends what you are flavoring. Meats, I use garlic, salt, pepper,

Stews ~ oregano, rosemary, garlic, onion powder, bell peppers

    curry powder, sage, thyme

We use Tony Chacere's Creole seasoning in most everything

  6. In louisiana,   we use Bay Leaf  ,Bell peppers,Black pepper,   Cayenne pepper,

    Celery,  Garlic,

Onion , Parsley, Sassafras leaves,   filé for gumbo)

cane syrup, brown sugar and molasses

Thyme, Tony Chacheres , hot sauce, seafood boil, vinegar, Fish stock and bouillon cubes.

  7. Adobo all spice is good, as well as granulated garlic, fresh garlic, and cracked black pepper. Although no two single spices can make a dish it is usually a melody of spices that are added to a dish that can bring out the flavors and aroma of a meal.

  8. garlic and salt

those are probably the two most popular
