Two tests for £1?????????????

Question

today i bought two pregnancy tests for £1

it says you can use it from the day of your first missed period but its better to use it when you are 7days late

anyway i used it and my period is due this friday, if i was pregnant would it haven shown up on the test very faintly? or not?

I used these well 3 for 99p and they worked early for me once the other times I wasn't trying so it worked when I was at least 5 weeks preggo good luck

i used 2 test for £1 about 3 days b4 was due and gt  VERY faint positive results so wnet and brought 1st response just to make sure!!!

i think best to wait till u late with the cheaper tests

Probably not because it isnt an early indicator test, only thing i can suggest is try again on Fri or buy an ealy response test which tend to be a bit pricier! Either way hope you get the result you are after xx

it all depends on you hCG levels really, you might be pregnant and get a neg result for a bit, i was only 3 weeks goe when i got a positive tests so it all depends on your body, theprice of the test doesn't always mean much, but if you got a neg then maybe test again in 3-7days and that might be a bit more accurate.

Some women show positive results earlier than others. I always did very early, but most women do not. Most likely it wouldn't have shown positive yet. The cost of the pregnancy test doesn't matter, and it's not true that the more expensive ones work better. Just make sure they are not expired. I bought mine at the dollar store and they always worked accurately. Wait until Friday or Saturday (I know it's hard to wait), and use your very first pee in the morning when hormones levels are highest, and remember that it still may not show for a week. Any line in the positive box indicates a pregnancy, no matter how faint the line, but it is important to pay attention to the time limit on the test because after I think 10 minutes or so a positive line will appear on all tests. In the meantime, try to relax. Good luck.

I wouldn't trust what these tests say too much. The majority of tests are expensive for a reason, as so much goes into them to make sure women get an accurate reading.

If you can't afford a test, why not take a sample of urine to your GP and ask your GP to do one for you?

well my sister missed her first period and brought a test for 1 pound and it said not sure so shes going to the doctors tomorrow to get a test and advice i suggest going to the doctor and one side did come up faintly

If you buy a very cheap pregnancy test and look at it very closely you will see a very faint you are pregnant sign on it.  

This happend to me as well a wondered the same thing.  I ended up getting my partner to do a test as well and a very faint positive sign came up for him as well.  

So there is a strong chance you are not pregnant.  

Buy a more expensive brand. or just repeat the test after friday.

it completly depends on the hcg levels, the reason why you need to wait is that the hcg levels double every 48 hrs, so you do need to wait, if it comes as a negative it maybe false as maybe too earlt to detect however if it is possitive, weather it be faint or not you are pregnant, just do another test in a weeks time to make sure its darker, if its positive congratulations un-less its not a welcoming result then go to your gp asap x
