Two things about Parkour...

1. If anyone does parkour, please leave a message or something! I've always wanted to talk or hear from someone who actually does it haha.

2. Any tips on how to do basic parkour? Getting started?

Easy, the parkour world is pretty much set around 2 things.

1. Youtube

2. Forums.

So if you just go to any of these two thing you are most likely to find tutorials that will help you.Here's some starter stuff.

Note: i dont believe there is anything actually recognized as a thief vault. looks to me just like a speed vault.

also the difference between a lazy and speed vault is speed is just a full sprint version of lazy. so you go full sprint when you do a speed.
