Two tickets- two months. Indiana. - on the infraction Deferral Program?

Two months ago, I received a speeding ticket in Indiana. I was on the infraction deferral program where I paid more, said I wouldn't speed for 6 months, and then it would be wiped clean. Well, whoops, same speed trap, I got another ticket this week. Believe me, I'm upset enough, so yes I know, slow down. What will happen with this second ticket now? I'm looking for any answers please!

  1. You will first pay the fine then you record will say 2 tickets and if it happens loads of times you could lose you license or get it suspended

  2. Two Words:   Radar Dectector!

I'm not sure if they're legal in Indiana but if they're setting up a speed trap, it'll pick up them trying to pick up someone else ahead of you, hopefully.

Most of the U.S. they're legal.  Florida they're not and I think in Virginia they're against the law.

  3. you will have to pay the fine of course and the points from the first ticket will go on your record as well as the points from the second ticket.......

dang - where'd ya get pulled over twice - I need to avoid that area!

  4. You could now be facing the full charges for both tickets if this happened within the 6 month period and you can also forget about any other defensive driving classes at this point..........
