For the past day or two, I haven't been able to get one of my two-week kitttens to nurse. He has a cold; I've been giving his mother medicine but I don't know how to clear out his nose of mucus. Should I try to bottle feed him?

  1. Hi there...your  kitten will require antibiotics prescribed with a different dosage than the queen cat since he/she is smaller.  Left untreated the upper respiratory infections (URI) will become life-threatening.  Cats will lose their ability to eat if they are unable to smell their food, which is a common symptom of URI.
