Two weeks notice? I need advice! please read!?

I have 2 jobs, a full time and part time. I have a great oppurtunity to be promoted from my pt to ft and today (about 5 minutes ago) placed my two weeks notice.Two weeks from today is sep 2nd but ill be leaving for vacation on the 28th making my last day, technically speaking the 27th (i work at a bank so i have the weekends off and monday is a holiday sooo yeah!). My full time employer requested one additional weeks notice since ill be out of town (which i requested off before i was even hired here), my part time manager said she wont be able to do that, she needs me the 2nd. so my question, in this case, should my two weeks notice be good enough or is that totally wrong of me??

Uh, your full time employer has no hold on you.  Leave when you need to leave.

This is totally up to you - did you let your part time job know when you can start full time?  If not then to be a nice person give them the extra time.  If you have then let the bank know that you already have arrangements with your new job to start on the ____ date.
