  1. angular velocity of wheel B is 12 rad/s

radius of wheel A is equal to 1/4 of radius of wheel B

angular velocity of wheel A is

    4 * 12 rad/s = 48 rad/s

    circumference of B = 2π r

    circumference of A = 2π r/4

For every 1/4 rotation of B, A rotates once

So, A rotates 4 times for every rotation of B

Or the angular velocity of A is 4 time the angular velocity of B.
