Tycoon or Sim Games?

I really like tycoon and sim games but I'm looking for a game that you can build stuff and interact with "people" sort of like the sims or roller coaster tycoon3. Or game with animals that you can take care of animals.

And is there any for PS2 or PS3?

they have zoo tycoon, where its like rollercoaster tycoon but you own a zoo. you can take care of animals.

they have the sims 2 on ps2/ps3. i don't know about the tycoon games, though.
