  1. Hello!

Black and white? My favourite! It is a hard set of colours to decorate a whole room with, as it can look too clinical. I painted all my walls white, but decided that I needed another colour to warm the room up just a little.  So I introduced chrome-effect furniture, (which was brown, and from a charity shop, but you can buy cheap metallic spray from most retailers: just remember to cover anything you're not spraying first, and spray a protector over the top, otherwise it rubs off, lol)! and white-grey curtains, and chose red as my extra warm colour - I chose a red lampshade, and some arty prints (posters from inside CD albums that I framed that had a lot of red in them).  Blue would also look nice, or a warm burgundy - maybe a couple of nice prints to hang on the wall in your chosen colour?  Rugs and film posters in the extra colour also look good, or a cheap border. I also used a big cheap rug that I found in the charity shop, and hung it on the wall.  If you want the Zebra print repeated, buy some cheap zebra material from your local market, and hang it on one wall; or cover a stool or lampshade with it - (but remember, safety first - check for fire hazards!

Anyway, hope this helps you a little!!

    Happy decorating!
