Tylenol Pm? Or Advil Pm? Which should i use if i want to use either one to sleep early?

The "PM" part in tylenol and in the advil are both the same thing.

Each tab/cap has 25mg of diphenhydramine HCl.

diphenhydramine HCL is the same thing as benadryl also.

If you just need a sleep aide, ask the pharmacist at your local drug strore for the diphenhydramine- it's a lot cheaper than getting a brand name.  

Also, no reason to take pain meds if you don't need them.

Diphenhydramine has a tendency to cause a "hang-over" effect, and makes a lot of people wake up groggy.

Tylenol PM

Though you should really just get some sleeping medicine, not a pain killer...

Tylenol PM has a tendency to make you really jittery and agitated if you use it more then a few nights in a row, or take to much.  I would go with Advil PM

I would use Unisom if you don't need a pain killer.
