Type of bridle?

Hi,

I recently saw this bridle on ebay that was a buy it now, but I was too slow with the buy it now button :[

Anyway, it's a figure 8 but the disc on the noseband looks much different than the normal round ones. I like the fact that this will distribute pressure more evenly on my eventer. The only problem is, is that I don't know what this style of figure 8 is called so I cannot look it up on google. If any of you know what this is style is called, or where to buy them (even better!!!) please let me know :]

I have posted this on other message boards as well, but no body seems to know what they are called, who makes them, where to get them, etc.

Maybe even guess at what you think they would be called... I really want one!!!!!

Thanks in advance!

  1. go back to the ad.. see what it was called. then google it from there.

  2. Did you ask the girl that was selling it where she got it from as it does look new??

Perhaps print out the picture and take it in to your local saddlery and see if they know where you can get one made.

  3. I'm not sure, I use a regular flash bridle but i live pretty close to the Middleburg Tack Exchange and get A LOT of things there and I recommend that you keep checking with them over time because they get new stuff brought in pretty regularly.
