do you think what are the food that even if i eat a little of it will b sufficient for my health at leat for this first triusmester

  1. at least 250 cc milk, a boiled eggs, a piece of toast for breakfast, some steamed fish / boiled vegetables / an apple each day


  2. eat banana everyday
