I have been given a second interview for an independent contractor insurance agent position with Aflac. The first interview was a group interview and it was pretty much just to go over the company, what they're looking for and to fill out a questionaire about myself and what I'm looking for. For the second interview I want to know what type of questions they ask you. I just want to be prepared and not feel overwhelmed by the questions. thanks

And also if anybody know, how much is the licensing exam in Michigan. thanks

  1. Don't know about the questions but the best piece of advice I can give is to always look the person behind the table straight in the eye. It works each time and they will have confidence in you.

  2. I don't know about what questions they may ask however, last year when I was interviewing I bought a book about answering interview questions and it was a great help to me. You might want to consider looking for a book like this. It gave me great answers to hard questions and made me feel more confident going into interviews.

  3. Some people do very well with AFLAC.  Insurance is not an easy business. You need to be comfortable taking rejection. The best advice I can give is to be yourself. It is a mutual decision process.  You should ask questions.
