  1. Interview questions as you might imagine depend upon the job. The facts you state do not indicate weather the postion is managment or staff. Usual questions include tell us about yourself, what are your greateness strenghts and weakness, what is your greatest accomplishments. Most important know yourself....be honest, have good eye contact, and speak clearly and well though out.

  2. They'll ask what your good/best qualities are -- like good at communicating or a people person, really dedicated to doing good work, able to prioritize, etc. Depending on what kind of job it is, they might also ask if you prefer to work alone or with others, if you need supervision or not. They may also ask what your worst qualities are, in which case -- say something that is still at least a little positive, i.e. you sometimes care too much about people or you're a perfectionist, etc.

They'll probably also ask what you like to do, hobbies, etc. to get a feel for who you are. If you have past work experience, they will ask about that. It's all very standard. There's a great episode of The Office s3 that shows Michael interviewing for the corporate position -- it would be a fun way for you to "research" haha.
