  1. Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu are pretty much essentials. I'd advise learning more though. Look at the styles I've taken. I only take what works. I wouldn't recommend Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for competition fighting though or else someone may get killed.

  2. just look up what your favourite person in the UFC does  and train that. otherwise probs check out mauy thai and jui jitsu. they will probs help a lot.

  3. yo should go in to muay thai... its quick fast fighting style..something that you'd fit in... but i personally gonna be going into boxing.. but i was thinking of muay thai my self..

  4. The very first MMA was Bartitsu which was introduced in England in 1899 by E.W. Barton-Wright.

It combined Boxing, Judo, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Savate and Vigny stick fighting.

  5. Sambo!

  6. Be careful if no one really knows what they are doing bc someone can get really messed up.  Learning under a coach or instructor who knows what they are doing will get you better much quicker and safer.  Look for a school that does MMA if you want to do MMA.  Or look for a BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai school and train at all the diff places so you become well rounded.

  7. All these answers suck out loud dude ..... don't believe these people do some research for your self man.  These people are mildly retarded at best.

  8. The bas rutten system
