ok so i wanted to try this plan..3-4 small meals a day 3-4 hours apart (before each meal eat 2 raw veg and drink 1 serving whey protine)example 1-10 hunger lvl 1-3 150 cals,4-8-200 cals-8-10 300 cals(each meal being 150-200-300 depending on hunger lvl)drink ice cold water and take fat burner-hydro cut(green tea) morn/eveningwork out 20-40 mins moderate morn and nightBut i want to know what types of food to eat.. i am 6'3 250 but i can do alot of active stuff.. so can u tell me what i can eat? i dont know how much food or whatever is 300 cals
