what about adding types of intelligence to the testing array and placing children in intelligence type specific classrooms so that they can benefit from being taught to their learning styles?

What about designing intelligence type specific educational curriculae?

Your question seems to relate to both politics and special education issues.  There are many forms of intelligence.  The traditional forms of mathematical and linguistic are requirements for effective public service.  You can not win election or be effective as a president, senator, or house representative unless you are a good orator.  A grasp of the fundamentals of math and accounting are essential for good management of our taxes.
