Types of on-campus/off-campus jobs at UPenn for MSE (CIS) students (International)?

I'm an international applicant from India. I got an admit from UPenn (MSE from CIS department). I've heard that it is almost impossible to get any kind of GA for an MSE student. Could anyone please give me some information about -

1. what kind of on-campus/off-campus jobs generally an MS student (Computer Science) can get while continuing the studies?

2. generally what is the amount/hour that is paid for these kind of jobs?

3. how easy/difficult it is to get one of these?

You are not able to work off campus.
