Types of plastics in sea water?

what is the best plastic to use in sea water,i know what nylon is like as a material,but i don't know about (delrin)is it more fibery,i have to make some small bushes on a outdrive on a boat,the bushes will be under water then drying out as they will be on tidal water.

  1. Nylon is ok, but it breaks down pretty quick in the sun becoming brittle and falling apart... probably the small pieces you have in your hand right now, eh?

    Delrin will hold up much better and is always the material choice on the boats that I work on...
