Types of upgrades for computers ?

i have a compaq presario sr1630nx what kind of upgrades can i do to it?

I would say upgrade the internal RAM first, 512mb is really small for todays standards, although you are running on windows xp.  You can basically upgrade anything you want with a tower like what you have; putting in a wireless card, new audio card, new graphics card, basically anything you can think of.

Just about any except maybe the motherboard itself and the power supply.

Ram, video, proc, harddrives, cddrives, memory,  all can be upgraded.
