  1. Typically, the adoptive parents should be at least 15 years older than the child.  Most adoption agencies/programs stick to this pretty closely.  The exception would likely be kinship adoption, such as a 21 year old getting custody of their 12 year old sibling.

  3. I think 21. But, there is alot more then age alone so im am sure as long as you are over 18 and have everything they need maybe it will work out.
