  1. i would buy one for about 15-20$ I love fleece blankets

  2. You could definitely get 20$ for a well made fleece blanket! I make them and I charge 30$ (stupid, expensicve cloth! CURSE YOU>.<).

I have people asking me why I charge so little! good luck! :D

  3. No, I wouldn't spend that much on one of those blankets.  Anyone can make them and the amount of money that you have to spend to make one makes the profit margin very small.  These days the best way to contribute to the family income is to figure out ways to save money on your bills, groceries etc...

If you want to make something to sell come up with a good design for a Christmas ornament...they're cheap to make if you come up with the right design and people love them.

  4. yeah sure

  5. If you haven't already, check www.etsy.com  ... they are a site for homemade products and supplies only. A lot of folks who used to make things and sell on eBay now use this one. I hear its a lot cheaper, and while it doesn't get the super-massive traffic of eBay, it seems to be a friendly place. I've bought from there and like it a lot.

You can also "cruise" the listings to get other ideas for what to make and sell locally, and to see what people have paid for items that are similar.

I personally wouldn't pay $20 for a fleece blanket, but mostly because I have a problem with static electricity. If it were flannel with batting in-between I would be interested -- but I don't think you could make that as inexpensively.

Best of luck to you and your family. Being a stay-at-home Mom is a great job, and more important than most realize.

  6. i would maybe pay 10 bucks for those. i mean anyone could make them, they are everywhere. i think we have like 3 in my house. but if you made them and set them up at a farmers market or somthing of the sorts you  could sell them from 10 to 20 bucsk depending on the size. maybe you can learn to make them into a skirt or somthing like that. i dont know.

  7. no not rerally, think in terms of what would be useful to people...i was going to make my own cat house/cat scratch with carpet remnents and plastic piping, for the animal lovers, but i didn't try it yet. maybe soon i will :) good luck

  8. Honestly, I might, it depends on the quality of it, the size of it, ect, ect. If it was small, no, I'd go out and buy my own stuff and make my own. but it if was larger, yes, I would.

  9. Yes I would if I needed a fleece blanket! =) maybe you could set up a shop on eBay and take custom orders. I just learned to crochet and find it very relaxing and fulfilling to make something so beautiful from a ball of yarn. I was thinking of the same thing- how much would someone pay for a homemade blanket.

Good Luck!! Hopefully you get a lot of business! =)

  10. Are you looking for a J.O.B.(Just Over Broke)?

If so, don't waste your time reading any more.

After spending a lot of money buying information,

searching for that ideal product to promote,

learning how to send traffic to that product offer,

after searching for 12 years, I found one that I like very much,

go to http://www.confettivacations.com to see why.

Remember,  to make money online,  you just need:

    1. Desireable & Profitable Product for Hungry Crowd

    2. Affordable ways to send massive traffic to your product

    And, You're in business.

  11. I wouldn't but I know lots of people would. My grandma makes these blankets called Afgans (seriously) and she sells them easily for $30 - $40

  12. try cleaning out your house...and then put all the things you don't want on EBAY.

  13. I was involved with a pet (dog) rescue (Ohio Pug Rescue check the site out - Deb makes her "snuggle beds" and sells them to fellow Pug Rescue members.  I think that Deb is charging $25 or $30 per snuggle bed an gives $5 to OPR.  Maybe making things that don't cost as much (as a bolt of fabric costs - so many yards of fabric needed...) Anyway - you may want to check out OPR's site to get some ideas.

If you are in the DC area - be sure to email because I am interested in doing the same - maybe working in tandem could be an idea?

  14. Yeah! It costs me nearly that much to make them! Especially if I can't find the fleece on sale! I would pay 25.
