Tyson vs. Golota?

Why did Golota quit in his fight against Tyson? Just curious because I was watching it on youtube and noticed he actually looked like he MIGHT of had chance at one point. His only chance; more toward winning by points opposed to winning by KO of course. He also looked like he didn't want Tyson to get the fame of knocking him out. I notice that Tyson looked pissed afterwards because Golota didn't take his knockout like a man and chicken s**+*ted out. I know it's an old fight, but your thoughts?

As you know, the fight was later changed to a NC due to Tyson's positive drug test after the fight.

Golata was down in the first round, and I think Tyson won the fight because Golata came out thinking his only chance was a 2nd round KO... when he couldn't get Mike to wobble, he quit, thinking it was just a matter of time before Mike jacked him up.
