U.S Bank Tower/Library Tower?

Question

Can you go inside the tower and if you can how high can do they allow you to go? Can you see a good view from the highest you can go?

It is a regular high rise office building, and like all these tall buildings these days, you have to pass through security, so you have to have someone on the other end who will vouch for you and be expecting you.  I need that even to get into my stockbroker's office!

You have to have security clearance to enter the building. And parking is pretty pricey. But there is a nice restaurant there.
