U.S. Companies located in new zealand or australia?

For my into. to business class I have to find at least one U.S. company located in either New Zealand or Australia. Please Help!

It called...

The U.S. Commercial Service in Australia.

I know one company named "Jacobs".  It is an engineering company.  I don't know how big or small the branch is.  But it is a big company in U.S. A..

Most of the big computer companies have branches in New Zealand - some are IBM, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, EDS.
