U.S. Embassy Question.... plz help!!!!?

Question

How to assure visa officer on application of F1 student visa that i will come back to my homeland?

What reason to give when he/she asks "Why only USA or this univ in particular?"

Tell him you have family ties in your country and that Yo cant live with your family and about US tell him its because the high standards usa have many presidents come to usa and study here and come back to their countries and get good positions. and that you do want to improve your english skills.
