U.S. Open Martial Arts Championship 2010 - “A Fighter’s Glory” 

Martial art is a sport which is, since ages, has been linked with tactics and strategies for defending and conquering in a fight but in the same instance, controlling the nerves in difficult and tough circumstances. It has always been a battle between different countries and men in order to show and prove their excellence over the other. After Bruce Lee, the world has always been eager to see the next fighter who has the ability and skill to replace the legendary fighter.

Since its inception, various martial arts events and tournaments are held in different parts of the world in order to promote young talent and to show the world what the honour of martial arts is all about. Quite similarly, the U.S. Open Martial Arts Championships presents a unique and significant opportunity for fighters to prove their prowess over the other. The summer of 2010 is all set with the world’s most prestigious title being held in the beautiful Coronado Spring Resort, Walt Disney World in the United States.

The U.S. Open tournament will be held on 9th and 10th of July which will offer competitions for all ranks and ages. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that this is probably the biggest platform in the world for martial arts participants. The events for this year include sparring, open forms, musical forms, board and concrete breaking, individual point, continuous fighting and much more .In addition to this, USBA breaking and Jiu-Jitsu fighting is back again for this year U.S. Open Martial Arts Championship 2010. So buckle up to witness the nerve wrecking and jaw breaking world class competition of the year. Let us see who is going to lead the world in this ancient form of art for this year.

To provide the participants with the fairest possible competition, the U.S. open has offered five different divisions. Every division category divides the participants according to their skills and fighting level. The following divisions are set in accordance to the NASKA rules:

1. Beginner level with White, Yellow and Orange belts.

2. Intermediate level with Blue, Green and Purple belts.

3. Advance level –Red and Brown belts.

4. Black belts considered as “A” class fighters. These divisions are for the Black belts who were promoted to the ranks in the last 3 years and who have competed in less than 6 competitions. No NASKA points or prize money will be awarded to this division and the winners are not eligible to compete in the grand championships.

5. Black belts categorized in the “AA” class. This divisions categorized under “AA” standards will be suitable to fight in the grand championship and they will be honoured with NASKA points and prize money as well.

This year’s competition will be huge as the awards are even more enticing for the warriors. There will be a hundred and seventy adult divisions in the contest and all the conquerors will be rewarded with authentic samurai swords. There are sixty youth divisions as well and all the winners from this division will be receiving trophies. Trophies will also be awarded to the 2nd till the 4th place finishers while medals will be given out to the 5th to 8th place holders.

In addition to this, training camps will also be conducted where participants will learn the necessary skills to dominate and conquer their opponents. Raymond Daniels along with the best all-star team will share their skills and train the participants with some new tricks in the trade.
