U.S. Passport question - my sister is in the US Army - stationed in Iraq - how can she get a passport?

She wants to travel during her "leave" but she needs a passport. And so far, all I can find are services who require the person to be in the US to obtain a passport. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The Army should have a way of doing this. Have her ask.

She can obtain a passport at the American Embassy in Baghdad  The Embassy there is limited in some of its services, so passport applications are sent to the U.S. to be processed. She can see the website below for all info.  I wish her well.
