Q. No.18 Have I made specific travel arrangements?

May I reply ''No'' since I haven't booked any flight yet?

Similar question in Form DS 156 too:

Q.22: When do I intend to arrive in the U.S? (provide specific date if known)

Is it alright if i add just the month and year slots? I'm not sure of the day yet.

Thank you.

  1. Q18. If you have no specific travel arrangements, then the obvious answer is 'no'.

Q22. If you do not have a specific date and if the form in Adobe reader forces you to have it mm-dd-yy. Then you can simply print out the form, leaving that field blank and then write, in pen, the month and year.

  2. For Q.18 the answer No would be appropriate and for Q.22 I believe the application format will force you to select a month, date & year of arrival so just write down the most approximate date in your estimation.
