U.S. a participating country in UK's Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa?

Question

Does anyone know if the U.S. will be one of the participating countries under the U.K. Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa? And if so, will it be considered a "low risk" country?

i'm wondering the same thing..but really i don't see how it wouldn't be a low risk country. i mean its not like we don't have ample reciprocal opportunities for british citizens. i'm like 99% sure we'll be a low risk country and not need to have a certificate of sponsorship like the website describes.

I am wondering the EXACT same thing....the only way I am keeping tabs on it is by subscribing to the UK border agency's website....other than that, I don't know how else to find out.  If anybody knows the answer to this question, please post! Thanks!
