U buy underwear. U get home & you try them out but they dont fit u. Do you return them?

Its a nil-return policy on underwear in most of the shops I go to

You can try. most likely they will say no.  Why?

1) If they are a reputable company, they would have insisted you tried them on at the store with underwear on or took measurements.  Once they leave the store, under garments usually have a no return policy because they cannot guarantee there condition.

2) If they are dodgy they wouldn't give you a refund under the reason that it is underwear and you should have been sure before you left. Or any other reason to keep hold of your money.

I wouldn't consider buying underwear from a store that allows you to return such clothing after you've tried them on. Think about it.

i tried returning them but they said " sorry no refunds or return " so i got pissed off . But once i bought these underwear they had a free condom inside lol

Yes, I have done that before. And I've thought that maybe someone had than that too. That's why I always wash my new underwear before wearing it.

My shops don´t let me return it before use.

I prefer not to wear anything under my jeans since I buy more.

besides the fact that most stores would look at you in disgust and tell you to go away, it would be a bit embarrassing to try and return underwear that you've worn!!

Because of health laws in the United States you can not return used or even any package of underwear that has been opened and therefore must eat the cost of them.  It is unfortunate but it keeps omeone else from getting your rejects and maybe you did something in them before you returned them type of thing.  So, that is why you can not return them.  Now if the package is unbroken then they will accept them and you can exchange them.

It has never happened.  I buy without trying but then when I get them home I wash them.  So even if they didn't fit I couldn't return them anyway!  But they always seem to fit!

Most stores won't let you.  You could always try to find someone whom they would fit and "make friends."  :P  ;)
