Yahoo strikes again!  I got charged for the unlimited as well, even when I cancelled my service on the last day of the trial......even  a call to them wouldn't get my refund....Yahoo is running quite a great scam here......good luck, but all I can suggest is cancel the service, you will have it for a year anyway, then don't let them have your credit card info!
