for hair:

use shimmery eyeshadow (white, gold or lavender ), a little brown eyeliner on top lids only, dark brown mascara, and lipgloss in a light pink shade or clear.

well your have such a soft face

so if you use make up

don't use a lot because it would look bad

you could use like light eyeshadow

or just mascara

but your fine the way you are

part your hair to the side and get side bangs. get some light high lights and get some layers in your hair.

dress preppier with maybe some hollisterrrr.

then for your make up use mascara, foundation, ( then to blend it in ) use a little darker coverup. covergirl works great btw. and use a little bit of eyeliner.

your very pretty the way you are, but what you could do is to get your eyebrows waxed, and some long layers in your hair. also some highlights and a little lip gloss and mascara would  make your eyes and lips pop!

You have natural beauty! The only thing I can suggest is maybe to wear a tiny bit of blush, just enough to look natural..no clown cheeks... and to curl your eyelashes and wear a bit of mascara. As for your clothes, I can't really say, because only YOU know your style, and as long as you like what you wear.. that's really all that matters. Your hair is already a good color, but everyone wants a change sometimes. A darker blonde would look nice, like Herbal Essences Medium Iridescent Blonde #25.
